We needed an excuse to spend 72 hours gyrating about the New York public transport system. This is it.

We intend to cross every bridge and tunnel  between Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten  and New Jersey. In honour of the great mathematician Leonhard Euler we’ll be going over each crossing once and only once. The current list of crossings, and a few other things like the High Line, are on the Problem page. Sketches of parts of the route are on the Route page, It’s going to take months to get this worked out.
